“My bed wasn’t made up during my stay. The pillows were as hard as rocks. The towels were so disgusting. Very thin, small and very worn. Would NEVER stay at this property again.”

“We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient—only about 20 minutes from Hershey Park. The room was comfortable”

“Overall - very good & very close to the airport. Some of a few negatives - no charging station in room. Gym was small & indoor pool was small. Other than those small issues - everything went well. We also visited during mayfly season. Would be great if you were an entamologist. :)”

“Never went breakfast. Upon leaving on last day I had a large cup in hand, looking for ice. They had none. So I proceeded to make coffee (2 cups) in the 8oz cups provided. When I was done. I looked up to find man at front desk staring. He probably thought I was going to fill that 32 oz plastic cup with hot coffee. Even though our toilet rocked and bathroom sink (only sink) drained very slow, my real gripe was that children were allowed to run the halls playing and literally screaming past...

“The pool was warmer than I like and could have been a little cleaner. However it was still pretty nice and I was happy to swim with my husband. The hot tub was nice too. My husband was definitely a fan of the hot tub. We didn’t use the fitness center or other amenities this time, but we might if we stay there again. The staff and room were excellent.”

“The price of a single night was extremely affordable! The room and property in general was well maintained and very clean. The shower was seriously excellent with great heat and water pressure. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and it was plenty spacious for me, my wife, and our teenage daughter. Highly recommend.”
